iZone Terms & Conditions
Payment Terms
For pay as you go customers: New customers are required to pay for their session upon confirmation of booking; existing customers are required to pay either before or on arrival for training. Payment by Cheque or Credit/Debit card can be made on the day. Payment can also be made by bank transfer prior to the booking date. We accept all debit/credit cards except American Express.
For Monthly Customers: Payment is required at the commencement of the training programme by a monthly standing order. Please note that prices are based on 48 weeks per year, this allows for bank holidays and times where the coach or customer may be unavailable at the scheduled times.
VAT charges for overseas customers:
VAT will be charged in full unless customers have a VAT number registered to a business in their own member state (we need to be notified of that number together with an official purchase order prior to your session).
Cancellation
For pay as you go customers:
Any booking that is cancelled within 7 days of the date of the booking will be charged in full.
For monthly customers:
Please give 7 days notice if you are unable to attend a scheduled session, then we will rearrange. If sessions are cancelled without prior notice the monthly fee will be charged in full. For cancellation of a monthly programme, please provide one months’ notice in writing by email to info@izoneperformace.com
Reduced Sessions -
For pay as you go customers:
Any session which starts late due to the late arrival of the driver, or finishes early for a reason outside of iZone’s control, will be charged in full.
For monthly customers:
Please give 7 days notice if you are unable to attend a scheduled session, then we will rearrange. If sessions are cancelled without prior notice the monthly fee will be charged in full.
Personal belongings
iZone accept no responsibility for the security of personal items brought into our facilities.
Health
If you have any health condition/s that could be aggravated in any way by participation in any of iZone’s training please notify us by email before the start of your session.
Car and Track Models
iZone take every effort to ensure that our car and track models are as realistic as possible, however we do not guarantee their accuracy.
Confidentiality
iZone invest considerable amounts of time and money in developing IP for the sole benefit of our customers. We respectfully ask that customers do not discuss any aspects of our training methods outside of our facility.
